About Us
Our Story
When I started my journey to teach Yoga and Pilates, one of my many goals was to achieve a sense of self-awareness, non-judgmental of others and to be consciously aware of other's needs.
It is in this awareness that I have learnt, the need for self-paced movement which encourages healing, is vital to overcoming and achieving one's health goals.

During my second pregnancy I suffered immensely with severe 'Restless Leg Syndrome'. Nothing provided me with relief. I battled to sleep and found myself to be exhausted and irritable during the day. I was all out of options when I stumbled across a yoga class at my local gym. Not only did I enjoy the class but I found immediate relief. I did both Pilates and Yoga and was a happier healthier mommy to be.

Twelve years later and I have continued to experience the health benefits of both Pilates and Yoga. I have since realised that my journey now needs to grow and be shared with others.
