Starting your journey in Yoga can be daunting and a little confusing finding your footing. This week for all the newbies and beginners (and the not so new but want to refresh your knowledge) we will break down the asanas (yoga poses) and guide you into your alignement on the mat. You will leave the mat feeling more confident and secure in your movement. Remember the goal is to fit the asana to your body and not your body to the asana. The goal of this program is to build confident and strong foundations to grow your practise. Let's meet on the mat. What you will need: Yoga Blocks, Water bottle and an open mind.
